enjoy your stay while kids enjoy the club activities
The kids club provided my children with hours of joy with arts, crafts, and movies, allowing us some well-deserved relaxation time. The staff were warm and accommodating.

Room 304 felt stuffy, even with the window open, and the carpets looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in ages, which made me hesitant to let the kids walk barefoot. The bathroom ceiling clearly needs some TLC, and I noticed the fire exit was often left open, raising some security concerns. Breakfast service was a letdown. having to ask multiple times for tea and coffee after already finishing my meal was frustrating. While the restaurant meals were decent, overall, the place could use a serious update and more family-friendly activities to make it worth the price, particularly during events like the hurling tournament.

Family with children recommended getaway
Had an excellent experience with staff, especially Louise who made our arrival smooth and even surprised us with a welcome chocolate brownie. The breakfast buffet was loaded with hot options and the bar food each night was delicious and served by really friendly people.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still manageable.

The place was heaps clean and the atmosphere was nice. But the kids' club was pretty noisy at times, which made it a bit hard to relax. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

the staff were super nice and really helpful, made us feel welcome right away. our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were sooo comfy after a long day. the pool was warm and well managed. We loved the outdoor seating area for drinks with friends. breakfast selection was good and not too busy when we went down. overall, its got a chill vibe that's just right for a relaxing stay.
the shower wasn’t working right and it was kinda annoying. also, the walk to the city center was a bit far, especially if it was raining.

The reception staff were accommodating during my late check-in, which was appreciated. The room felt quite warm and lacked information on how to cool it down effectively, leading to a restless night. Breakfast was satisfactory, though the body language of certain staff members suggested disinterest. Checkout was disappointing, as feedback wasn't solicited, leaving legitimate concerns unaddressed.
